Students playing a game at the Frontier Culture Museum

On Tuesday, March 28th, fourth grade students traveled to the Frontier Culture Museum in Staunton, Virginia. There the students were able to play a Native American game, create music in a West African village, and do some woodworking in a German farmhouse. This trip was designed to review the VA Studies SOL for the upcoming test in May. The trip, including admission and a pizza lunch, was entirely free of charge and made possible from a grant request by Fourth Grade Teacher Narda Harrison.
